I already play whistle, Bodhran, and bones, but am looking to take a chance on my skills on the Viola. I don't care to spend a bunch since I'm not really sure I'll stick with it. I have seen quite a few negative reviews on the Cecilio (and their other name) that have been quite informative. Are they correct, or are they just people that have no clue as to what they are talking about?
Have a brand name that you are experienced about? Have a few words to say, good or bad about a brand OR dealer? I'm going solely on reviews that I have seen on Amazon.
Should I just forget buying from an Internet dealer? I am planning on spending only around $200.00.
