Hey man, i think its absolutely great that you have developed this site for new comers. The knowlege you have will provide all of those who are interested and have no one but youtube videos to turn to (and the occasional rennissance festival that may roll through).

i was thinking that you could put a forum thread up for intro's... you know, that way when a member joins, they can introduce them selves so others will know who their peers are. kinda of a "hi my name is chris, and im an alcoholic." thing.

any who, my name IS chris and i dont drink (often). ive been wanting to play the tin whistle for some time and have finally gotten off my lazy rump and got one on the way home from work today however i have seen your site before. NOW i can put your knowledge to use and hopefully play half as good as you some day.
